On Monday this week I spoke to Jessica Jensen at R&H Hinterland re renting my property for 18 months, on Tuesday morning she came out to meet us, reviewed the property and provided us with all the information and thoughts she had, outlined all contractual terms and fully answered all our questions. We decided to sign up straight away and the whole process was done very professionally and with full support. Over the next couple of days Jess kept in touch and answered all our questions as well and she found us a tenant in 3 days, completed all paperwork and advised us of any requirements she had of us. We are extremely happy and comfortable with the whole process. I would give Jessica 11 stars out of 10 for her overall professionalism and customer service and we have no doubt that she will over-see and manage our property to our expectations for the next 18 months while we complete the Big Lap.
