A tenacious, reliable and personable professional.
Selling a property at this current time can be a challenge, particularly due to the nature of the property and selling environment brought about by interest rate increases. Whilst we didn't hit the initial target, we did get a sale that met my revised expectations. I'm very happy with how Shannon conducted himself through the sales process, his ability to be polite, positive but also forthright as well is much appreciated. Shannon is a very personable and astute professional whom I can highly recommend.

Persistent Personable Professional
We knew when we first met Shannon at an Open, that he was who we wanted to sell our home. He was open, helpful, professional & approachable. When SS had a query, we asked and responses given, no matter what the time of day. He was always uplifting & positive, despite hiccups of rain or no visitors at an Open. Nothing was an obstacle for Shannon. He went out of his way, bent over backwards(almost) to accommodate our needs. He has become a trusted friend. Would recommend him xxxxxxtimes over.

Not like other Agents
We first met Michael when we were looking for property years ago and he was the only Estate Agent that bothered to listen to us. When time came to sell he was the only choice for us. Good but busy
Shannon was superb in the beginning and for several months. He was very busy and, at the end, missed a few appointments, to which he usually accompanied, tradies, the buyer, etc.

A very positive experience.
Met with four realty companies before deciding to sell our property. Without hesitation, my husband and I both chose Shannon. There was an easy rapport from the first meeting. He was genuine, confident, personable, and clearly astute regarding the current market, and our property without relying on cliches, or employing trendy or unrealistic sales pitches and marketing ploys. Shannon's professionalism and efficiency was reassuring, responding promptly to phone or email queries, regularly updating us and importantly, providing honest feedback. Our house sold very quickly, met target price, proceeding as Shannon had first outlined. The whole process was professionally handled and as stress free as Shannon could possibly ensure.
