We purchased this old cottage from R&H at auction. I found Ben and his team helpful and available at all times. My description of Ben is he is a total sales professional, he never gives up. As this was an investment for us I placed the property for rental with Katie. The property needed some TLC to get it to a good rental standard which Katie and her team helped organise for us. We rented the property at its first open house for above the target rental rate we were after. We are very pleased with both the Sales and Rental teams and would fully recommend their services, nothing seems to be any trouble for them to organise or sort out.
