I have found R&H Mona Vale one of the most professional and Friendly Real Estates on the Northern Beaches. Towards the end of last year I entered the Rental Market again after a 20+year absence (owned my own property) so I spoke to a large number of Real Estates in the hunt for a Pet Friendly rental (during an extremely busy Rental period) and found David to be the most professional, empathetic & friendly agent I met in my search for a property. Having luckily successfully had approval to rent the property, David continued to be helpful, approachable and efficient in response to any enquiries we (myself and other housemates) have/had regarding our rental property. After spending well over a month in search of a new apartment—and suffering endless frustration and aggravation at the hands of arrogant real estate agents who took weeks to inform me that my applications had been rejected—I chanced upon Raine & Horne Mona Vale. We purchased this old cottage from R&H at auction. I found Ben and his team helpful and available at all times. My description of Ben is he is a total sales professional, he never gives up. As this was an investment for us I placed the property for rental with Katie. The property needed some TLC to get it to a good rental standard which Katie and her team helped organise for us. We rented the property at its first open house for above the target rental rate we were after. We are very pleased with both the Sales and Rental teams and would fully recommend their services, nothing seems to be any trouble for them to organise or sort out.
