Dom unexpectedly called me when he saw I’d sold my house and congratulated me.. and went on to tell me he thought he’d found me my new home. It was an off market property in a block where I’d seen him showing another apartment at an open house. Efficiently he’d put two and two together and we arranged a view of the property I subsequently happily bought!

Thank you Sam for the way you handled the sale of my home. From the original market appraisal stage through to selling the property took only a few weeks and from my first meeting with Sam, I was impressed with his professionalism and his integrity. His estimate of the value of the property was sound and he was both businesslike and sensitive to the difficulty I faced in parting with a home I have occupied for over 45 years. I was required to be interstate during most of time the property was being shown but he kept me appraised of the feedback he received and was always prepared to help in whatever way he could during my absence.
