Ben asserted that he had buyers already that would pay over $950,000.00 for my unit. However, he failed to reach more than $895,000.00. There were numerous other payments to get the unit to market, for instance an audience maximiser, marketing plan, apart from agent's commission. The commission was supposed to be within a range of 1.5% to 2.2% at my discretion but I was not consulted on this and was merely billed. The plan was to go to auction, however, this did not materialise as Ben could not rustle up enough interested buyers.
