When Ben gave us an appraisal on our house we were not sure whether to believe what he thought our house was worth, based on what other agents had told us and recent sales in the area. His appraisal was higher than the other appraisals and he was very confident that it would sell at that price range. We decided to go off market as we were in no rush to sell as we preferred to secure a new home before selling. Within one week we sold as we couldn't say no to the offer.
