As we had bought our new home off the plan there was plenty of time to think about our Real Estate Agent. Within that time we invited a number of Agents to our home to meet and appraise our property. All were professional and confident people but we were looking for a point of difference within that. As soon as we met Ben we found that difference. Any Agent can sell a home when the market is flying high, but you really need the right Agent when the market slides.
