Newport Steep Shack Sale

Dom and his team came recommend to us through a friend and given his sales history in the Newport area we reached out for an initial consultation. We met at the place that afternoon for an appraisal to make sure we were all on the same page. A couple of days later Dom and his colleague Noah sat down with my wife and I after work to fit in with our schedules, laid everything out on the table and took us through the step by step process of selling our first place. They were well prepared with comparable data, set realistic expectations and had examples of the summary reporting which you get after each weekend of open homes. Photos and marketing were organised within a week and we were live within 7 days. Given the nature of the block being quite steep and a poky 3 bed layout with stairs, we knew the place would only appeal to a very specific type of buyer. Dom was always very open and strait up with the ongoing advice throughout the campaign . If he felt like something wasn’t working or could be done better, he pivoted to suite. He’ll even blow the leaves off the patio if you leave the blower out! When the right buyer finally came along, Dom negotiated quickly and got a result we were all happy with. Dom’s industry contacts like conveyancers, staging stylist and photography were all provided without being force onto us, we used all of them and would also recommend their services. The whole process was made easy and we are very happy with our choice to choose Dom, Noah and R&H MV.
