List property on Mon - Open Inspection on Sat - SOLD following Fri !!!

Jared Cochrane, from Raine & Horne Nowra, is more than a real estate agent to my partner and I. He has been our trusted real estate financial advisor for more than seven (7) years. He has helped us make the best decisions about buying and/or selling real estate properties, and we appreciate and value his advise. When entertaining the idea of selling a property just weeks ago, our first move was to schedule a face to face meeting with Jared to discuss it. He came to the meeting very well prepared as always; shared with us his market research, pricing options, timeframes, etc. We just followed his advise, listed our property as agreed on a Monday, first inspection was the following Saturday, and our property was SOLD by Jared on the following Friday by a higher price than we had originally expected. UNBELIEVABLE but true. We are extremely happy. We have recommended Jared's services to friends and family in the area for many years, and we will continue to do that. We have had dealings with other real estate agents in the area, but firmly believe Jared Cochrane is the most reliable, dependable, experienced, knowledgeable and honest real estate agent in the Shoalhaven.
