Stop looking and sign-up Jared Cochrane (RH - Nowra) right now!

Having been in the Shoalhaven market for over 15 years, on many occasions I have crossed paths with Jared Cochrane (in particular): I purchased a unit from him circa 2012, and most recently 2024 sold a house directly through Jared. Working together as a team, not only did we achieve a great outcome but also in record time. He has always conducted himself as a genuine gentleman, looking after his contracted customers whilst somehow doing the right thing by potential purchasers. Not pushy, listens, and provides very sound advice. I only hope that Raine and Horne - Nowra continue to flourish so that i'm dealing directly with them and no other agency, as i've dealt with most. Do yourself a favour - don't persist with other agencies, 5 Star recommendation for Life, and very much looking forward to doing business with Jared and the team again soon.
