Scott was still able to verbalise in the old quaint English spiel. But, I got it all. The selling process. As I was do time challenged. Was taken out of my hands. Which Little River, was not. Though, it was on large acreage. Scott spun his magic and one punter after another was making visits and the third serious offer. With funding, finally confirmed by the buyers bank. The property was sold. Jesus, how can I possibly not sing their praises. They were recommended to me by a personal and business friend. To be honest. I was slightly sceptical. But, followed advice. Large is not always better. Is something that stuck out. Best decision I have made in the last 5 years. Can’t better marriage..!
