Steve has built a reputation as a highly skilled negotiator and an award winning auctioneer, having won the coveted Golden Gavel in 2004. Through his profession and in his previously held position as Chairman of the Port Lincoln Chamber of Commerce & Tourism, Steve is regularly called upon to guest speak at various functions throughout Eyre Peninsula. He is regularly involved in the local community in business, sporting and community support events and fundraisers. Good professional service

Valerie's market assessment was pretty close to our ultimate selling price. The digital marketing (photos and virtual tour) was professional and inclusive of the selling features of our house. Throughout the sales campaign in a period of slow demand Valerie kept us personally informed about how the campaign was progressing and any enquiries that had been made for the property. Throughout the lengthy sales period she always displayed a positive and professional outlook giving us confidence in her ability as a realtor. We would certainly engage her again.
