We have had 2sales with Jamie over a 19 year period.He is very professional and will always work for the seller if selling their property ,negotiating the highest price he can get.You always get feedback from all inspections and He works on a 24 hour basis.Best agent I have had on selling.

Outstanding outcome!
Jamie and the team at Raine and Horne (Pottsville Beach) looked after my property for 12 years, firstly as a holiday rental and then as a residential rental. When the time came for me to sell, of course I would choose an organisation that I held great trust in. Jamie was realistic in setting sales expectations, communicated with me regularly (which I appreciated) and worked hard to secure a sale. Through Jamie's efforts I was able to secure a better than hoped for outcome! Outstanding result!

Helpful and Approachable
We recently purchased a property through Jamie and his team. Being QLD’s it was a new experience navigating the different purchasing process in NSW. Jamie and his team was always approachable and an invaluable support through this process. This purchase experience combined with an understanding by team of our long term goals, lead us to transitioned across to Aline on the rentals side to manage the property going forward. THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!
My experience dealing with Jamie Wilmen at Raine & Horne was excellent. I had been in contact with Jamie over a 18 month period trying to secure a property in Pottsville while selling my property on the Gold Coast. Jamie was always available to communicate with by phone and/or email at any time. He and his son Jesse were approachable, polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the market on the Tweed Coast and Tweed Valley. He was always willing and ready to show me a property when I enquired about a listing. Jesse kept me updated by phone about new listings in my price range. When I finally sold my house and contacted Jamie he had just listed a property which suited me perfectly. Every step of the way I was kept informed of the process and was made to feel safe and secure as a mature lady going it alone.
