Jamie is one of the best agents we have dealt with, he was curious, professional and most of all he listened to what we wanted. The resulting sale was a suburb record for a beautiful home. He has a great database and from the get go there was plenty of interest, we would use Jamie and Jesse again, great agents!

Jamie made the process of selling my home seamless and stress free. (As stress free as selling a home can be.) From the initial consultation to closing, he was professional, responsive, and attentive to my needs. He provided clear advice, helped price the property competitively, and his market predictions were spot on. Communication was clear, with regular updates throughout the process. I recommend Jamie to anyone looking to sell.

Jamie and the team from Raine & Horn provided great marketing strategy, with open days and advertising being more than we expected. Their communication was great keeping us well informed of potential purchasers. Their campaign resulted in a relatively quick sale with a price exceeding our original expectations. This was an investment property which was well managed by Jamies team. We would thoroughly recommend Jamies services to anyone entering the property market in the Pottsville area.

We purchased our house with Jamie fourteen years ago, and was very happy with him, so it was an easy decision to engage him in selling the property. He has excellent knowledge of the property market in the area, and this proved correct with his advice regarding pricing etc. Always very professional in his dealings with us, and his prediction regarding the price range was 'spot on'. No hesitation in recommending Jamie, for both selling and buying property in the area.

After having our property on the market with another agent for three months without success we listed with Jesse, and just over one week he achieved our price and sold the property! The entire process with Jesse and the team was fantastic his communication, market knowledge, and professionalism was refreshing. I always felt supported and informed, and he made what was a stressful time so much easier. Super grateful for the result and would absolutely recommend Jesse to anyone looking to sell their home.

I engaged Jamie and his team as I wanted an experienced agent who knew the local market and was focused on getting the job done. I grew up in the region and working with a local agent, who knew the market and the community, was important. From day one, Jamie and his team were the consummate professionals. As a team they work well under pressure. Jamie doesn't give up and delivers.
