Excellent communicator
Clare was such a great communicator. She kept us updated at all times and really listened to what we wanted. I would highly recommend working with Clare and would definitely sell again though her.

Clare gets deals done!
Clare got us over the line, without her high degree of professionalism and straight talking I doubt we would have had got the deal done regarding the property we purchased. She gave us, two first-home buyers, the confidence to submit an offer that we could believe wouldn't simply become the next week's guide. Over what was a difficult property search spanning more than 12 months Clare helped us find our dream first home and got the deal across the line. Mint360 are lucky to have an agent of her standing amongst their team and I highly recommend engaging her if you are both a vendor or prospective buyer, as Clare simply gets deals done. Hopefully we will get to deal with her again, and again thank you Clare for your stand out professionalism.

Craig is an easygoing, knowledgeable agent who exceeded my sales price expectations.
Craig had managed my investment unit competently since we purchased it in the early 1990s. I had much more to do with him when it came time to sell. He has excellent knowledge of the local Coogee market, was always available if I had any questions, and he and his team seamlessly organised the marketing during the COVID lockdown. The price I obtained was a little above what he estimated, and well above my expectations.

Outstanding
Craig Sewell was instrumental in achieving an outstanding result at the auction sale of our 9 unit residential flat building. In addition to Craig and his team managing the sale process seamlessly (which included liaising with multiple sets of tenants to arrange the twice weekly inspections by prospective purchasers), Craig's local experience honed over more than 30 years was crucial to the final result. Craig's knowledge of our property extends back to the 1980s when he was first involved in its rental management for our family. It was that experience which in large part led to very considerable interest in the property being generated during the course of the marketing campaign and which culminated in a hugely successful outcome - the property was sold at well above the reserve price.

Craig managed the sale of my property with a very professional approach.
Craig handled everything very well. I am overseas and not able to meet face to face, but Craig reassured me and kept me up to date as needed . He suggested several actions to assist in the sale which proved highly valuable . His team are also very accomplished and communicate well .

5 Stars in a Difficult Market
Craig was professional, transparent, always contactable and optimistic yet realistic throughout our campaign. He guided the sale of our apartment through a down turn, a federal election and a public holiday weekend. Not the simplest of market situations. The result however was a buoyant campaign, with highly attended open for inspections and a solid sale result prior to auction. Couldn't have asked for a more professional, reliable and personable agent.
