I have my investment property in Redland QLD and I live in Sydney. Too far for me to look after and I even didn't know any agent in this area. They are quite professional in routine inspections and provide me accurate report on time. Even sometime they spend time with tardies to get the issues rectified around the house and provide me reports once its fixed.
