Fantastic competent agent - highly personable - sold in two days!
From the time we approached Maggie our sales journey went completely smoothly. She worked with us while we prepared our home for sale and offered practical tips. The photographer was absolutely professional and presented our home in the best light. From the moment we engaged her she was working to secure buyers in our selling range and trying to develop a positive market profile and expectation. As soon as the property hit the market, she had a range of carefully assessed buyers to come to the first open home. For the open home, buyers were carefully scrutinized, and no-one was allowed access unless they had signed in. We were comfortable that our property, privacy and rights were looked after. To our amazement Maggie had secured a buyer after the first open home. Maggie has stayed with us throughout the post selling period as the contract is executed, offering us help, assistance and assurance along the way. I cannot speak highly enough of her services.
