Fantastic Experience as always
We have now had Andrew both sell a property for us and we have also purchased a property from him. There is no one else on the coast we trust more. His communication and commitment is second to none and we cannot thank him enough for all of his support through this! Would highly recommend him to anyone needing an agent!

Professional and down to earth
I have just sold a townhouse property. I did not have a real estate agent and contacted three local agents. Andrew from Raine and Horne Nerang promptly returned my call. Andrew sounded professional and personable thus an appointment was made to meet and discuss my wants and needs at this time. Upon meeting, Andrew was indeed professional and very easy to talk with. Andrew took me through the sales process so that I understood everything that I needed to know in an easy-to-understand manner. Andrew did not make any elaborate promises, but he did show confidence towards the price range that I had in mind and the process that he would follow to acquire my desired outcome. Andrew actually sold my property within two weeks and kept me informed of what was happening from the first advertisement through to settlement. I am extremely happy with the service I received from Andrew from start to finish and I offer no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone that would require a property agent for future endeavors. So good I've used him twice!
Andrew & his team did such a good job selling my previous, rural property that I had no hesitation going back to him to find me a suitable town property. He clearly had listened to my preferences as 19 days after selling my old place I found myself signing a contract for the new place. He didn't fill up my inbox with every property coming across his desk and we only looked at 2 properties with the first one ticking all the boxes. I can't recommend him highly enough and would engage him again in the future.

Fantastic result!
Andrew & his team were exceptionally helpful in guiding me through the selling process. Andrew was especially insightful. The open houses were very well run and surprisingly well attended. Despite an original buyer dropping out Andrew quickly introduced a number of interested parties and a second, successful contract went ahead. I would (and have) recommend contacting Andrew if you're even just thinking about selling.

Couldn't have asked for better service,
