Through the whole process Julie went above and beyond to get us a fantastic result. From the beginning when looking at putting our house on the market with valuations and questions Julie she was always punctual, helpful and respectful. She went out of her way to help us get our house on the market as quickly as possible and made sure that the photos, brochures and online advertising for our home were of a first class, high quality standard. She is always friendly, approachable and polite and I felt very comfortable trusting her with our house through the whole process. She was understanding that we were juggling trying to organise inspections with young children and pets and she made sure that she gave us plenty of notice for inspections and touched bases with us before and after inspections to inform us of the outcome. She has an excellent understanding of the property market in Nerang and got us a fantastic result! Within two weeks of being on the market we had received several offers and she got us an offer above our original asking price. She has made the whole selling process smooth and hassle free.
