Her knowledge and communication skills were of the best and facilitated a smooth voyage through, at times, rather choppy waters. I would recommend her to anyone wishing for the best in the business.

Julie made the difference in selling the property that we purchased from her acting as the Agent. When we first approached the house, we nearly kept driving. The street appeal was a little aged (as is the house). We did stop though and where greeted by Julie. Not overbearing, but knowledgeable, authentic and proactive, Julie showed us around the house and gave us some key info. Throughout the negotiation period, Julie was very responsive and easy to get hold of. There was a few factors at play that made it a trickier than usual purchase and Julie was great at helping us navigate all of it and get the buyer and I together on a deal that was fair for all. I highly recommended Julie to sell your property.

Julie has great market knowledge. We achieved a price above what other agents said we would get in the current market. Julie is supportive, gave regular updates on where the whole process was at. Ideas for marketing and has a good client base and reputation in the industry from our conversations with others. We have purchased and sold with Julie and it has been a positive experience both times. She worked really well with our lawyers and chased up anyone that was not getting back to us in time. Julie kept us in the loop from beginning to end. Her experience and market knowledge is exemplary. Julie is also respectful and compassionate. I would not hesitate in contacting Julie for all my real estate needs into the future.

We found our experience with Julie to be disappointing. Throughout the process, she consistently downplayed significant issues with the property, often describing them as minor and inexpensive to fix—statements and costs that seemed to be pulled from thin air. She was consistently speaking outside her area of expertise. With everything she had stated, later being contradicted by professional quotes. Once contracts were signed, rather than stepping back, she continued to involve herself unnecessarily, interfering with matters best left to the buyers, sellers, and their solicitors. This only served to complicate the process further. Communication was unclear and, at times, lacking. We were not even informed that our offer had even been accepted before she contacted us to try and negotiate items that would remain in the house. We felt this was premature and inappropriate. From a buyer’s point of view, I would not choose to work with Julie again.

My husband and I would like to thank Julie Morgan Kemp for selling our property. Julie went above and beyond. Very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects. I would highly recommend Julie to anyone thinking of selling their property.
