Absolutely spot on.

Sylva is an absolute professional. The sale was achieved within 2 weeks of engaging Sykva as my agent. I recieved a price that I was more than happy with which was the price that we agreed on before the property went to market. There were no false promises or inflated valuations or low ball valuations. Having bought and sokd many properties this one was the smoothest and most pleasurable yet.

Off market sale

The property sold quickly with minimum of outlay. Janice maximised exposure with leaflets and signage both front and rear facing onto the golf course. We obtained our target price and found Janice an excellent 'go between' , helpful and with strong integrity and would strongly recommend her.
