Wanted to say how amazing Clancy in the rental team has been. She has managed our property for a long time and has always been so responsive, diligent, kind, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. However, the last few months she has gone above and beyond and truly exhibited outstanding service. We are selling our property (with another agency) yet she has seen the handover through right till the end. Her emails are also so informative, clear, helpful and she has made the process seamless. I have managed many staff in my time and worked with large teams, and she is a true gem and one I am sure you take good care of. Very much appreciate everything she has done and just wanted to take the time to share the feedback. Clancy is the rental agent for our house in the Tasman Peninsula and the past two tenants have been very difficult and Clancy has handled both situation so calmly and professionally. The inspections are thorough and shows her attention to detail which is crucial when. tenants vacates. On top of this she has been proactive in helping us improve areas of the house, and this I feel is outside of her job requirements. I have had Raine and Horne of Sorrel manage our property at Nubeena for 4 years now. I have found them very responsive, consistent and reliable. Their inspections of property are regular and informative. They respond quickly to calls , messages and emails. We have 2 residents on our property and one has been let the entire time and the other as air bnb but now will also be permanently let .
