I found Greg Jones a good Real Estate Agent to work with. From the beginning he listened to my position in selling my house and what my needs were. He was realistic about the market in my area but patient with my decision to wait for the price I wanted, even if it took some time.. He always contacted me before and after showings even when I was out of the state. He was always very professional and I would be happy to use him again.

Debbie Allanby was our Agent who negotiated and sold our family home, she was recommended to us by a family friend. We were very happy with the way Deb went about her job, in all aspects of getting to know us and the home, the way she presented the home via advertising processes and keeping us well informed through out the negotiation process with interested clients. We were lucky enough to secure a property which Debbie was selling in Lewisham - she took the time to speak on the phone at length before we flew to Hobart to see the house and then spent an hour at the property with us. It was beautifully presented and the process of purchasing was very smooth, with the negotiation being done mainly by text and email.
