I have had bad experiences with what I would call "Realestate Princesses". I am not comfortable with making this a "Gender Issue", but I feel in the sale of this particular property it was a property targeted at a male buyer, being the location, (Near a boat ramp), the large boatshed, internal garage, and underground electricity supply to the house. Greg was referred by a friend and I was pleasantly impressed at the ease with which Greg approached the matter. I had purchased in Queensland and had to negotiate the entire process from interstate. Greg was absolutely brilliant as opposed to the previous prima donnas I had experienced , nothing was too much trouble, he was casual yet relayed confidence, preparation for sale was a non fussed event, yet very effective, negotiation for the sale was not high pressured, the contract was easy to understand. Before the handover Greg came around to assist with exactly what was to be left and in some cases I could not remove a few things and he just said he would fix it up (HOW GOOD IS THAT?????) The completion date was effected with satisfaction for both the seller and the buyer. The "Princesses" might tell you to spend lots of money to "Showcase" a place but Greg didn't," he just Sold it with Style"
