We recently purchased a property through this agency and also chose them to manage the rental for us. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Settlement was completed in early June, and we were thrilled that they secured great tenants by the Friday of the same week. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free. The property management team has been exceptional. Their communication is prompt, professional, and friendly, and they handle everything quickly and efficiently. It's reassuring to know our investment property is in such capable hands. We highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy, sell, or have their property professionally managed. Thank you for providing such outstanding service!

We have had an excellent experience with Raine & Horne | Soultani Group Blacktown and would highly recommend their team. We have been dealing with Hash and Mustafa Soultani for several years across our property purchases, sales, and investment property management. Throughout this time, they have consistently demonstrated strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a highly professional approach. Their advice has always been practical, honest, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for us. We are especially impressed with our property manager, Mariam Sefeen. We had an excellent experience working with Soultani group. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire leasing process. They found us a fantastic tenant in a short amount of time, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.

The team worked with us to ensure that thw property was rented out as soon as possible. Our property went out around the same time as a few other comparable properties on the same street, R&H Soultani Group provided valuable insights and advise during the listing and they did a good job in assessing the applicant. The rental statements was clear and straightforward. They had also kept us well informed on the maintenance requests, arranging for tradesmen promptly to attend to the request. One slight blip was a glitch in the payment of the first water bill which we had to make payment ourselves. Other then that, we are very happy with the services provided by them and we think we had definitely made the right choice in choosing them.

They've been very helpful to me in selecting good tenants as well as working with me to meet both my and the tenants needs. They ensure that any difficulties either party is facing are resolved quickly, and don't need repeated follow up to get things done. They reply quickly and are very professional. I've worked with a team of people including but not limited to Mustafa, Domminic, and Aria, and all have been great to work with. I feel like I'm in good hands
