Mustafa Soultani was our first point of contact and he was excellent. Once we had signed the contract for Raine & Horne Blacktown to be our agents, he set up a WatsApp account for his team and ourselves making it easy to communicate and ask questions. They were always prompt in answering. During Easter, and then School holidays became a challenge with finding prospective tenants, but they found the best tenant and all in good time for us to go on our travels. We can now leave it in their hands to look after our place, so we don't have to worry about it. Thank you for your commitment and patience to all the management team, we couldn't have done it without you and we would recommend them anytime.

It's still early for me to write a proper review as I have only used their services for just over a month now, however I can say that I like how there is a dedicated WhatsApp group for any communication and that they are available until 11pm. Their fees aren't the most competitive in the market, which is a shame but I've had no issues with them so far. It would have been nice to have had a physical list of potential tenants instead of all the information being stated over the phone, but hopefully everything goes smoothly.
