Hash has always been a super star in the area and it's not a difficult choice for us to go with him when time has come to sell our property. It turned out he's team rocks for a reason! The team is very professional, each step of the sales process had been handled by a designated staff, so they can focus. They cope well with changes and make sure they can always accommodate your situation. There were a lot of changes during the sales on my side, i.e. when sales starts or some of the contact term. Hash always assured that there's not problem and coordinate with his team accordingly. And they work super hard. I've sold other properties before. It's not very common to see a team willing to do open home 3 times, sometimes 4 times a week! Hash makes sure he takes the opportunity to show the property to every potential buyers. That's amazing! And final result is great. Overall, I'd strongly recommend him. He won't let you down.
