We’ve recently had the absolute pleasure of being looked after by Frank Barker. A good agent with understanding and patience
I would recommend Frank as an agent. We bought a property in Kangaroo valley through him. He was very patient and understanding. The sellers were difficult and he helped us to navigate through their issues and buy the property of our dreams. He was also available to speak and assisted with all the extra details when buying a rural property. He also helped us the local community and we can't wait to move in. thank you.

Excellent and the best
Frank was professional, reliable and did an excellent job. I had my property listed previously with other agents who barely showed any potential buyers around and hardly had any contact with them except for exuses. During the 3 months Frank had my property he averaged at least 3 lookers a week, the week it sold 4 in one day. He is very knowledgeable about the area, living in the valley himself and is all about his clients and not himself which was a refreshing change. I would highly recommend Frank and consider him the only agent in the valley that is genuine and honest and worth using to sell your property.

Selling our family home was managed respectfully at our pace with first hand local knowledge.
I was extremely happy with how Frank managed the sale of our cherished family home. Frank's value of our property was spot on but most of all it came down to the relationship we built along with compassionate understanding of our circumstances. A very genuine agent
It was wonderful to have Frank on my side while preparing to sell a property in Bowral during the height of COVID restrictions. Frank sorted out a whole bunch of issues on the ground for me while I was working several hours away. He was genuine, easy-going and efficient throughout the whole process and always a delight to work with. Zero hassle for me and Frank brought in several serious buyers almost as soon as the property was put on the market. He made the whole thing look easy.
