Professional, persistent, good sense of humour
We have chosen Frank Barker to list our property for sale. We have got to know him as he has sold another property not far from ours. We had some bad experience with other agents very much under valuing our property just for a quick sale. After all that negative experience we have been very happy and pleased with our choice of agent. Frank has always been professional, very honest and consulting us after each inspection. Never any pressure to lower our agreed marketing price although it took 10 months to sell in trying circumstances - Morton Fires around the area. The selling price achieved was amazing, more than we have expected. Always friendly, pleasant with a good sense of humour. I was in Sydney with my sick wife, we did a lot of liaising on the phone.
After two years of no results, no offers, we changed our estate agent to Raine n Horne. Frank brought out the big guns. His wife came to see the property. Next Frank organised new photos, a professional designer and cleaner, and as well set into play an aggressive marketing campaign. He knew the area well. After three months we had a cluster of offers and in retrospect Frank's negotiations bore fruit in the form of the optimum price and the most respectful and sympathetic purchasers who were cognisant of the investment my wife and I had made in the property for just about twenty years. Frank is most congenial and his acumen and interpersonal skills are of the highest order. Very impressed and thankful.
