Frank was very approachable and friendly from the outset when it came time to sell my mothers property in Fitzroy Falls. He provided a very fair valuation and understood the particular nature of the property and the best way to present and promote it. Due to Frank's detailed local knowledge and familiarity with the local community he was able to find consistent interest in the property. All through the process Frank kept me very well informed and was always prepared to take the time to chat when the need arose. It was due to Frank's advice and hard work that a timely and very pleasing sale outcome was achieved. After receiving many approaches from letterbox drops we decided to contact Frank first and were pleased with our decision as we settled on Frank to sell our property shortly after. We found his knowledge of the area to be spot on and his approach to our requirements was very good even though at times he was not only dealing with us but also with our four daughters.
