needed too much prompting from me and seeking answers. offered to fix house prior to sale, he assured me it's ok. buyer buy what they see. i had to ask direct questions. his usual words are, ill continue to use my experience and get you every dollar. i ended up fixing up the house to be better presented. he was keen to move house on 50k under what he quoted. even offered to top up with his money.. i know he previously from down south so not sure how they operate. I've sold many houses with various agents and friends that are agents.. they're a lost for words. in the end, he got house sold. 25k below his lowest quoted target. enough for us to move on. some minor hiccup just prior to settlement. i was happy to just wipe my hands of it. that's my experience.
