The property had some unique characteristics which did not have a natural place in the market (i.e. two villas on one title). Simon persevered in a slowing market. He suggested changes during the campaign supported by market evidence. His follow up support with data for capital gains tax calculations was much appreciated. Good local agent with access to market data to set realistic pricing.
