Based on Sally's previous sale's record, we had high expectations. We were not disappointed. Her ability to secure a contract (which resulted in a sale) on our house within three weeks of advertising was extraordinary, especially given the uniqueness of our house design (I suspect this reflected her ability to effectively match buyer and property profiles). We really appreciated her little tips which tweaked the presentation of our home for inspections by prospective buyers. Sally always gave us a realistic assessment of the outcomes of each inspection by interested parties, and was diligent in keeping us fully informed about developments throughout our journey from initial advertising right up to settlement day.
