I was very happy with how the sale of Higgins Ave went. Amanda’s professional approach made the selling experience run very smoothly as she was always happy, positive and very upbeat. She kept me constantly informed, most often by phone call, throughout the process and made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. I welcomed Amanda’s suggestions on how I could improve the appearance of the property and I was able to tap into her contacts for cleaning and handyman services . She also guided me through the minefield of paperwork that had to be competed online … something I wasn’t very familiar with. When the house was ready for sale Amanda praised our efforts, gave me positive feedback and kept me informed before and after each viewing. This approach and her knowledge of the area and her diligence led to a quick and very successful sale. She rang me to congratulate us the moment the cooling off period was over even though it was over the Easter public holiday. She seemed to be more excited than us.
