Ken is an active, full working director who is passionate about the growth and future of his Raine & Horne offices in Gisborne, Sunbury, Kyneton & Diggers Rest. With more than 40 years’ experience living and working in the Macedon Ranges. With his superior negotiation and people skills, Ken is a ‘hands on’ director with outstanding knowledge of rural, commercial sales and leasing, plus Owner’s Corporation management. He’s also part of a family of three generations in the property industry, and knows implicitly what it takes to succeed in the business. Highly reputable, Ken has won many Raine & Horne awards, including the Top Rated Country Office in Victoria, and has regularly been awarded the Top Salesperson in Country Victoria for dollar sales. Ken is also a well-known and active member of the community. He gives back by sponsoring and donating his time to various local charities and organisations throughout the year, and also keeps up with industry movements by representing the office at the Raine & Horne Victorian Club, and the national Raine & Horne Chairman’s Club. On a personal level, he’s married with six children and is happy socialising and caring for the community in whatever capacity he can.

Brendon’s youthful and energetic personality means he’s a perfect fit for Raine & Horne’s sales team. Brendon is a major acquisition as property consultant for the sales team, and helps the department run like clockwork every month. He has not only sales experience but is highly respected in residential and commercial leasing. As a vibrant member of the team for three years, Brendon prides himself on always going the extra yard. He works longer hours to get the job done, and makes himself available out of hours to provide a better service for his clients. He listens and loves meeting people, but is innovative too and at the ready to bring fresh, new ideas into the office. The third member of the Grech family to pursue a career in the property industry, Brendon has property in his blood and he is eager to continue his family's generations of selling real estate. Equipped with the wisdom of experience, Rod is passionate about connecting people with property, delivering exceptional customer service to every client with his approachability and professionalism. The son of a Navy Commander, Rod was used to travelling at an early age, however for the past 30+ years has resided in Melbourne's north-west, so his knowledge and expertise of the area is second to none. Rod's greatest passion is time with family, including his grandchildren, travel, followed by most sports, including supporting the Blues and Storm as well as F1.

Young and enthusiastic with a passion for the real estate industry, James is a Sales Executive at Raine & Horne Sunbury. Previously based at Raine & Horne’s Gisborne office as Property Manager, James has taken a prominent role at the Sunbury office in helping his clients realise their real estate goals. Having lived in Sunbury all his life, James has Exceptional local knowledge & has lived and breathed the area for many years. Following in his Families legacy, James is a second generation Real Estate Agent & builds trust though honesty & integrity. James has excellent communication skills, and also enjoys bringing forward new ideas and working together with the team to help his clients. He enjoys the diversity of every day, meeting people and getting out and about within the community. He’s also a fully qualified Licensed Estate Agent, which he completed through the REIV. As a proud community member, James gives back through his long-time membership with local football club, the Sunbury Lions, for whom he still plays today. He also enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family, and continuing to get ahead with his growing property career.
