Impressed is a word that doesn’t even begin to describe the sale of my little home. I was very nervous about the whole process, but Justine and Chris made me feel comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning. They were there every step of the way and were always happily available to answer any questions at any stage of the journey. My home was listed on a Thursday with the first open home that Saturday, which resulted in 12 viewings and incredible interest. By the end of the weekend, I had 4 offers — all above the asking price. By Tuesday, the contract was signed and the property under offer, and unconditional and sold a couple of weeks later. From our first appointment to settlement, the entire process took just 7 weeks. A huge part of this success came from trusting their expertise and following their marketing plan exactly as they laid it out. At times I wanted to take my own path, but choosing to trust them — fully — was absolutely the best decision I could have made.
