Off-Market Purchase

We recently purchased a property off-market through Justine and Chris. From the get go their communication was excellent and prompt, they always kept us in the loop throughout the whole process and helped move the purchase forward in a timely manner. They were accommodating with their time on the few extra things we wanted reviewed at the property and special conditions. Their strategy to sell this particular property was great and helped us get our foot in the door for the area we wanted to purchase in. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would recommend Justine and Chris for either buying or selling.
