John and Scott had excellent knowledge of the market in my area, the communication was exceptional

From our first meeting John had all the relevant information on the market in my area, told me realistically what I could get for my property, he didn't give me an inflated price so I would sign with him. As it was my first sale he helped and guided me through the entire process which was fantastic. John displayed a coming soon sign and to my amazement the property was sold before it was advertised for market. The entire time John and Scott were checking in with me and helping me through the process. I can highly recommend John and Scott to anyone thinking of selling their property.
