Efficient, knowledgeable, all round good guy who isn't salesy but looks after you
Was selling mums house as she had moved into a retirement home. Matt knew the market, estimated a price, then moved to get that price as quickly as possible, house sold on the day of the first open house, 11 groups through, 2 offers, and closed just before dinner, painless experience and got more than the original estimate as a price. Was also selling much of Mums furniture as she didn't need it and Matt helped with that so the move prior to settlement was pretty easy.

Whole sale process was nice and easy!
Matt was really great, knew what we wanted, he was straight to the point and upfront. it was difficult situation, as they were not the managing agent, they formed a good communication with the tenants. Hence why they are our managing agent.

Matt was welcoming and informative through initial inspection He was supportive and understanding through some difficulties around the purchase Post purchase he assisted in setting up rental agreement leading to tenants moving in immediately post purchase … a great outcome Matt is easy to talk to, approachable and knowledgeable Though he is a salesman, you don’t feel like he is trying to sell you! I felt reassured by his presence through the whole process

Matt and Staff
Matt and his staff are very understanding of your position on the sale of your home. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn't push you for your sale.
