Chay was the best agent you could ask for. From the first time we met her she was very professional, yet very approachable and easy to get along with. Chay returned to our house on the same day of our very first meeting with a comprehensive list of comparable properties and their prices. She also talked through each property and how they compared to ours, which gave us a good idea of where the market was at that time. We thought her appraisal was very realistic, and not exaggerated just to win her business. Then, she gave us a range of prices that suited our property and asked for our input about how we’d like to price our property, which we appreciated. Chay also talked us through a list of why we should go with their agency, Raine and Horne, and I must say she lived up to everything on that list. Chay’s communication was excellent. She kept us up to date with everything that was happening with the property, whether it was marketing, tips for selling the property, open houses or private inspections. She always rang us after every inspection or open house to let us know how many people had attended and who was interested, which kept us informed the whole way. We always felt very comfortable communicating with Chay, as she always replied promptly, and we felt we could ask her anything, and she would treat any queries professionally. When offers started coming in Chay definitely had our best interests at heart, and was always trying to achieve the highest price we could for our property, rather than trying to make a quick sale. We always felt that Chay was fully committed to selling our property not just for the sale, but because she genuinely wanted us to be able to move forward with our next chapter as well. We would highly recommend Chay as an honest and professional agent who will work hard on your behalf to achieve the best price she can for your property.

We met Chay Benjamin when listing to sell our home in Ulladulla. She is part of the "Dream Team" at Raine and Horne Ulladulla Chay immediately put us at ease with her friendly and knowledgeable manner. Chay is a local and has a lot of insight into the market in the Ulladulla region. Her previous experience in the banking Sector is invalualble. As an older couple she was patient and very good at explaining everything to us...always felt we were in the best hands . She is always available to answer any questions or will very promptly return calls and kept us informed at every step. We were very happy with our sale and sale price. Chay celebrated this with us , she was genuinely happy for us. Coming from Sydney originally, we didnt realise how important it is to have someone with local knowledge and community involvement like Chay. If youre thinking of selling or buying a house I would highly recommend Chay Benjamin. She is professional with great knowledge and a good communicator. As purchasers from outside the area into a market place with many properties to choose from, we found Rob's local knowledge invaluable during our purchasing journey. He was able to show us several properties that matched our wish-list and budget, and we were able to negotiate the purchase of a fabulous home for what we believe to be an excellent price for the vendor, and a good result for us as the purchasers. Rob has been easy to deal with, responsive to SMS, emails and phone calls, even on his days off! (Sorry Rob!).
