Excellent service and assistance
Ben served us well. We purchased the land through him before we built the dwelling, and sixteen years later he valued and marketed our home with care and diligence, with a thorough understanding of the market in general and the uniqueness of our location in particular. He listened to our questions and walked us through the process, always with enthusiasm and professional understanding. Every time we mention that our agent is Ben Pryde, people respond with appreciation, many saying there are none that work harder or are more customer oriented. That was certainly our experience.

Simple No Fuss
Having previously sold three properties over the last couple of decades, this was the easiest sale with a RE agent. Ben is straight to the point, didn't patronise, didn't assume, didn't over sell his services. Ben is someone I'd recommend for anyone that wants a smooth sale with no over inflated personalities.
