I always said our house would sell five minutes after the sign went up, and effectively it did. That is not to say there was nothing left to do, because as we all know, if there's something can go wrong it will.. especially before Christmas. With everyone's nerve endings strained Robert steered us all through the process with patience and skill. His knowledge of the business is excellent. We also appreciated his recommendation of conveyancing solicitor. Everyone worked as a team. We met Robert through other property sales in our street and were impressed with this straight shooting, no nonsense young man. He does take your ideas on board too. Just the sort of person you would like to engage to sell your home. In the end we had a win win for everyone..A good price. Happy purchasers. Relieved vendors and a beaming agent dressed as Santa.
