After contacting Ben and making an appointment to inspect the property we were impressed with his relaxed manner but also his knowledge of the property and the area. He was aware of our impression of the property and contacted us a couple of weeks later to see what our position was. After some discussion he spoke with the owners of the house and indicated they would be interested in an offer similar to what we had discussed with him.
