Living interstate it was important to have good communication around market conditions. Chay was always helpful in this regard. My wife, Jane and I were selling in Sydney and buying in the Milton-Mollymook region of the South Coast for our retirement. After doing Open Homes on Saturdays for a number of weeks we were fortunate to find Raine & Horne, Ulladulla and more so, to meet Michelle, at a property in Narrawallee. She guided us, unobtrusively, through the property and was helpful in answering most of our questions. The questions of which she was unsure, she researched and rang back promptly. She was always polite and professional and took the time to listen to our plan to rent in the area for 6 months before buying. She understood our strategy. She listened.
