When you need a reliable agent!
I had a tenant in default and outstanding maintenance issues. Raine & Horne agreed to take over the management and sorted it out. 12 months on I have peace of mind, the professionalism, quality and attention to detail continues

Recent Rental Advertising
Surprised how quick we got a new tenant into the property from advertising, viewing and to agreeing to a price! Bee did a great job and kept me in the loop the whole way with good communications. In the past I have had similar experiences with Raine & Horne Wagga Wagga; which is why I would not change in the future but would suggest, as this has happened to me in the past, providing the lease agreement for any new leases ASAP to myself. In the past I have had to ask a couple of times to get them and hoping this won't be the case moving forward.
