Agent Grant- RIPPER!!
Grant at Raine and Horne was sensational- albeit a few discrepancies. Outside of some small details which didnt match up with the property profile- picture rails, built ins and polished wooden floors, oh and we are STILL waiting on those molded hooks for our paintings Grant was a delight to work with. Professional and diligent at all times and more then willing to open the property with whom ever I had to gaze and glorify the property with, Grant always made time to accommodate. Would highly recommend Grant to the first home buyer who is nervous to get into the market.

Right from the initial meeting with Matt, we new he was the agent for us. His knowledge of the market and professionalism showed straight away so we had no hesitations on listing our property through him. Throughout the process Matt communicated with us to constantly ( and for anyone that ever sold a house you know that this is highly important). Matt didn't try to tell us what we wanted to hear. Matt set realistic expectations and when it came to sale day, he was spot on in his price estimate. Since our sale I have recommended Matt to others and have seen their properties sell for great prices, some even selling prior to auction. Highly recommended
We asked Claire to provide us with an appraisal of our home as we were considering making a move. Claire's friendly approach and thorough market knowledge was refreshing and we thought we would get a few maintenance items completed before appointing an agent. Soon after our initial meeting, Claire contacted us with some updated information relating to a similar home which had sold in our neighbourhood and mentioned a buyer who missed out on it, who she thought would be very interested in our home. So we allowed her the opporunity to show this buyer through and within 48 hours of the inspection an offer was made and accepted, pest and building inspections completed and in less than a week contracts were unconditionally exchanged. It was Claire's intimate market knowledge and constant communication and guidance that enabled us to sell for a price we are very happy with in no time at all. We simply cannot fault Claire and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dilligent, knowledgable and personable agent.

Genuine, honest and professional
We have always been impressed by Mathew’s genuineness and when we engaged him to sell our property we were not disappointed. Mathew’s experience, knowledge and professionalism resulted in the quick and seamless sale of our property. A great communicator with a sense of humour, Mat was open and honest in providing feedback and advice and kept us appraised throughout the process.
