My house had been on the market for ages and going nowhere. Doug came along talked to me fully and explained everything. He went straight into action and in no time at all the house was sold. At not time did I feel under pressure, just the opposite. Doug was amazingly helpful and I really felt he was working with me all the way. Doug was upfront and honest from our first meeting. He worked hard for us and had our property under c9ntract within a month of listing it. He has fantastic knowledge of the market and doesnt try and over price the property for his own benefit. He is total honest and will not tell you what he thinks you want to hear. Doug is a well versed person in the Real Estate Industry in Warwick and also a very pleasant man to speak to and does everything he can to make you feel comfortable and keeps up with the feed back which is so important when you are negotiating with buyers.
