Having previously bought this house as a first home buyer, this was now my first time selling! Since we had already moved out and had to effect the sale remotely, Dan organised the whole thing for us, including pre-sale DIY work with his excellent team. Positives • Accurate market assessment • Confident pitch for the business with good follow up email from Mathew on the same day, as promised • Involvement of family contact (Joe) was highly beneficial to address buyer concerns (e.g. flood water, sub-division, advice on building repairs). He was most personable and put our needs at the forefront • Agency agreement clear and easy to understand • Quality on-line photos & signage at the property • Speed of listing once go ahead approved was impressive given need to address photos, solicitors and house design • Post Home Open feedback and weekly strategy updates • Price negotiations with multiple interested parties • Great co-operation to finalise sale of remaining furniture Improvement Areas • Involvement of both Joe & Mathew at Home Opens (understood Joe was solo at 2nd open with > 25 parties visiting) • Agency fee competitive although high priced given the quick sale (marketing costs & people time costs were minimised) • Attempted to visit your office early January as I was in W’gong but found to be closed when most businesses had reopened
