I put my my place for sale in February when unit prices were down and selling challenging. Margaret had a great knowledge of the market and found a buyer for a reasonable price. She worked very hard to make the deal but in the end the buyer could not get finance. The market was declining due to the virus but she in time found another buyer for a similar price. She worked very hard to conclude the deal. I was very impressed by her efficiency of work and constant updates along the line.
