Bernadette was responsible in selling my property to me over 12 months ago and when it was time for me to sell and move on I had no hesitation in seeking Bernadette's advice and help in selling my property. We had 2 inspections and was sold on the second

I found Bernadette to be extremely helpful and pleasant during our recent experience purchasing property. She goes above and beyond to provide information requested especially quickly and is always very professional. Her real estate knowledge is exemplary and her experience shows reagarding sales contracts, lease agrreements, zoning, current market values, and trends in the real estate market etc. I found her especially easy to communicate with and she responded very quickly to my emails and phone calls.

We have SOLD our property through Raine & Horne Young! I cannot thank Kim Goonan @ Raine & Horne Young for the great service in selling our property. Kim was diligent and prompt with all requests made by us, the solicitors and the purchasers, regardless of the time of day! In a somewhat unusual and lengthy sale (through no fault of R&H) Kim was a breath of fresh air! I would absolutely recommend the Raine & Horne Young team for selling your property. Thanks Kim Goonan & R&H young team.

Couldn't be happier with Kim, so fortunate to have discovered a fantastic real estate agent that knows the business inside out. From managing my rental property without any issues to selling my house above the original asking price. I reside in the ACT and left everything to Kim and she went above and beyond what other agents do. Thank you so much for your great service.

Bernadette was an absolute pleasure to deal with, even in this crazy COVID lockdown period! Nothing was a problem and all enquiries were dealt with promptly. Great communication between both parties with outstanding results. Many Thanks

I was very happy with the process of selling the property at 5 Dwyer Drive. Graeme Schneider was friendly, explained things in a very professional manner and in terms I could understand. The house sold very quickly for more than I expected so the outcome was extremely satisfactory. I would not hesitate to employ the services of Raine & Horne should my husband and I wish to sell our current property at some time in the future.
