In the last couple of years both our parents passed away and managing the estate was left in the hands of my sister and myself as we are both still living locally. We had just witnessed how a professional salesperson operates in a small community. From the friendly, quiet and unassuming person who I have known for years to the efficient, knowledgeable, professional businesswoman who knows her job.
