No customer service especially receptionist doesn’t know to talk with customer very rude. No communication between staff. And The day I got keys of property 4/89 Ernest Lakemba there cockroaches in the property, and Send photos to Mr. Yuvraj who gave me keys. He didn’t bother to reply me yet already 4 days passed. I called yesterday for property photos but my agent had day off. Request for return call but never called. I need property photo for inspection report. Sent email but no response. I’m facing lots issues in this property which need to be deal urgently.
